Puget Sound Sage’s Community Real Estate Stewardship Training (CREST) program is a nine-month long learning circle, designed to support and train grassroots organizations led by and for low-income communities and communities of color in pursuing community driven development, land stewardship, and strategies for long-term affordability. Puget Sound Sage's Community Leadership Institute is a six-month program that provides training, resourcing and support to a cohort of emerging leaders of color and leaders from low-income communities to infuse a racial equity agenda on strategic municipal boards and commissions in Seattle and South King County. These boards and commissions influence policies related to housing, land use, transit, climate, and workforce/economic development.
